Album Notes

Indulgence is an album where I "indulged" in making music. No master plan, no over-arching theme. I just let myself create. I tried not to worry whether a broad audience would like it. The result is something I truly enjoy listening to. And maybe you will too.

Anyone with a laptop can make electronic music today. This is a wonderful thing. I remember back in 2001 when I first discovered music composition while messing around in Magic Music Maker 5. Though perhaps the true beginning was when I bought MTV music generator for the Playstation... or maybe Mario Paint's music editor... or maybe when I played with my Dad's keyboards as a kid...

At any rate, I actually started making music in 2001 with a friend. It was awesome. Time went on, technology improved, and I got a little better, making music occasionally off and on. Fast forward to 2010, I'm looking for something to do on a boring weekend. So I buy a new keyboard, update my music software, and make some tracks. Every weekend I worked on some. No goal in mind.

Long story short, I finally have a collection of tracks that I'm proud of and want to share. I hope you enjoy!
